A Chittagong court yesterday awarded jail sentence to three outlawed JMB (Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh) men in a case filed in connection with bomb blasts at Bakolia on August 17, 2005.
The convicts are Javed Iqbal alias Mohammad, JMB Chittagong divisional commander, Jahid alias Delwar and Arshadul Alam. Javed and Jahid were awarded 10 years imprisonment each while Arshadul was jailed for five years.
